Thanks for reaching out to us. We carry a similar nylon pin cap that fits onto a 3/16" tip of a 5/16" pin. You would need to remove your cap to see if the pins are ground down to 3/16". Hopefully it's not 5/16" all the way up. If it is then I think our 21-104 can work.

We also have the new style pivot rod clamp, #21-154. See if that would work for your doors.
