Thanks for writing in. For the Tie Bar Guides, see either our 39-417 or 39-448, depending on the style you prefer. For the Tie Bar itself, we need to see it removed from the window: specifically, we need a clear picture of all the rollers along its length as well as any lock drive points. The exact length of the bar is also needed. From there I'll do my best to see if we have a match for you.
