Thanks for your post! The spiral balance you have can be replaced with either the 3/8" S900-28 or the 5/8" S500-28. To determine which of these is the correct replacement for your window, you'll need to confirm the diameter of your balance.

If you happen to need the 3/8" balance, you'll need to confirm your sash weight to determine the correct tip color option. There is a chart below the product description of the balance that lists the weight range each balance can support.
