Top Sash cam for Larson series SH-7500 single hung

Question

Both sides are broken. This is the largest piece that I could glue together.
The part that fits into the channel is 5/8" wide and 7/16" deep.

I can't be certain without seeing an undamaged Top Sash Guide. Larson has been associated with our 18-166, but you'd need to compare to an intact version to see if this matches up.
