I am looking for window balance. The metal length is 27". Please see photos. Can you tell me which one I can purchase from your company?

Hello!
What you have here is an extended travel channel balance. We can help supply replacements but only as a custom order. Could you just show me an up close and unobscured view of the metal hook at the end of the pulley cord? And how many balances are you looking to order? I can draft a price quote once I have those details.
