Thanks for posting. I certainly don't think you're going to have to replace the entire window. The mechanism you're showing in your photos is called a casement operator. This is what lets you control the opening and closing of the window. Take a look at our 39-187 or 39-188 Casement Operators. Compare all the dimensions to your old hardware, as well as the shape of the link arm, and see if this looks like a match. If you need a new crank handle as well, see our 39-114L. Now, if your window also has trouble staying stable, you also might need new casement hinges as well. Start by looking at our 36-048. Let me know what you think.
