any fix to the seals

It looks like the glass seal has started to warp. This can be caused by excessive moisture or heat, which is not surprising given that your window is in Florida. Unfortunately, this is not something that we can assist with but a local glass shop may be able to replace the glass and reseal it inside of the sash.
