unable to sent photos markings on side of spring housing are 24-3-fw-cmc-10 27 inches in length 3/8 inch wide thank you

Are you sure about the 3/8" width? It's not possible to tell the many different balances apart without seeing them, unfortunately. Double check the width and I will show you some balances that could match this width and stamp. A photo is really preferable.
