black mold or mildew

I have a home bought in October of 2018. About a year ago I noticed some sort of black mold or mildew or something formed between the panes of glass along the edges and just didn't know what to do about it.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like the seal in your window needs to be replaced. I'm afraid we can't help with that but a local glass shop should be able to advise accordingly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

No worries! Something important was missed. The mold is not on the inside (between the panes of glass) after all. It's on the outside. I will kill and clean it with a bleach water solution!
