Fiber glass door the thumb turn snapped off the lock mechanism works fine I just need a replacement thumb turn or a new handle not the lock. I contacted jeld win and they needed proof from the home owner of purchase of the door which she doesn't have. I'm a locksmith and my local supplier doesn't deal with jeld wen

Hi Tom, I have a customer who has this exact handle but in brushed aluminum and wants to add a keyed entry to this. Do you have a part I can buy to convert it?

We unfortunately don't sell a version of this handle in brushed aluminum, but we do sell satin nickel and antique silver under the 82-087 product code. Would either of these finishes work for you?
