Hello,

I am certain we can provide you with a replacement recommendation for your handle set but there are a few details I'll need to confirm.

It appears your previous handle set had an offset thumb lever/latch, can you confirm this? Please also confirm the measurement for the distance between your installation holes, from hole center to hole center.

Also, the mortise lock will be sold separately from the handle set. If you are also looking to replace this, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the entire front facing view of your lock.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you might have.

This is a rental home and the original handle is missing. It just has a simple handle with no latches to effect the lock. I would like to use the Mortise lock already installed as it works fine with s screwdriver. Both the interior and exterior holes are the same dimensions from the screw hole to the middle lock hole. It appears to measure from the center of the screw hole to the center of the lock hole, 2-11/16ths in. The screw holes center to center are 3-15/16ths apart both inside and out. I need a keyed lock outside and any type of opener inside. Thank you.

Thanks for confirming the distance between the installation holes. I believe you may be able to use a handle set like our 82-030B Offset Keyed Handle Set or the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set.

You'll need to be sure to double check that the position of your thumb latch is offset.
