latches or springs for my attic windows

Looking to replace latches or springs for my attic windows. I believe the spring is the issue as it seems the tension in the spring is gone therefore not holding the windows locked. Any recommendations appreciated.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 90-093 latch appears to be similar to what you have here. However, we don't sell a replacement for the keeper so you would have to reuse yours if possible. Look this part over and see what you think.
