this is from a 59 year old peachtree door but don't see one like it.

I don't believe this roller housing (which is held into the frame with a drive pin) is still available. Therefore, we can't replace the complete roller unit, just the wheel. I suggest using the 81-272 roller kit. To get the rusted screws out of the housing, try using a set of Vise grip pliers.
