Hello,

Your balance shoe resembles the 15-207 shown below. Take a look and confirm the specifications match yours. If you need the balances replaced, we would need to see how the top of the balances attach to the window, the stamp code on the metal channel, and confirm the number of replacements you need. Thank you!

I will need various sizes. One size for sure is a 31B unribbed channel balance. If this helps, there is a logo to the right of the 31B and the letters AX to the right of the logo.

Please price out this balance for me.

That's a good start but we will still need to see how the top of your channel balance attaches to the window jamb. Please also confirm if the metal channel measures 31" long. Note that the minimum order would be two balances since both sides should be replaced at the same time.

We will need various sizes, probably 18-20 balances. Once homeowner approves the job, I have to remove some jamb liners to get accurate balances sizes.

Thanks for getting back to us. I believe you can use the S775-31 channel balance with the 15-207 Tilt Channel Balance Shoe and a rivet at the top, which we can supply through a custom order. We'll need to confirm the lengths, stamp codes, and quantity you need for each to send over order links and price quotes. Note that the 31B strength options for the stamps you provided so far will support a sash between 13-19 pounds.

The clip attached to the top of the balance resembles the 19-029 Short S-Clip, which is sold separately.
