problem with top attached

in my opinion I should buy this 35" Series 350 Channel Balance S350-35
option: 3440
but in my broken parts the top attached it is different in the one you have in sale.According to me in the wrong section is top attached 19-021,in set Channel Balance S350-35 the top attached is 19-002 what you suggestion is ? what should I do ?

I think your top attachment is our 19-005, not the 19-002. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't tell what the shoe is, since it's too damaged. I recommend checking the other balance in the window, assuming it's whole.
