Before I narrow it down, please remove your operator from the window entirely and show me a clear picture of it without obstruction. Too many important details are covered up as long as it's still in the frame.

Thank you! This is immensely helpful. I believe your operator is a match for our 39-253LB. Just note the design of the end of the arm: it has a little peg that's designed to hold a 39-529 slider (sold separately). It's very important that you check the end of your arm to ensure that it's the same style. It's obscured in your photos, so please make sure to check. There are other operators that are similar but have different style sliders. 

As for the other parts, see our 39-528 track (assuming you have the operator I mentioned), 39-451 cover and handle, 39-546 bracket, and 36-048 hinge. I believe these parts should all work out but look them over and let me know if you had any questions.

Yep! That's what I figured it was. That black piece is the 39-529 slider that I mentioned, so the 39-253LB operator is my official recommendation.
