replacement of window crank

It's tough to tell what you have from this photo. I can tell you that this is a very old model and isn't made anymore. We may have a substitute, but we'd have to see a clear picture of this operator fully removed from the window so we can see the whole mechanism in one shot. Please let me know if that would be possible.
