shoulder screws

I need the shoulder screws: counter sunk ,fine thread, phillips head with shoulder that is used to hold the bar in place that open and closes the window locks at the same time. lost one so need order replacements

We do carry an assortment of shoulder screws, but none has that same flat head that yours has. Take a look at our 33-067 and 33-070 to get started and see if you could possibly use one of these. It would ultimately depend on the screw thread you need. If neither of these matches, check with a local hardware store and see if you can match the screw and perhaps use some type of spacer to make up the shoulder.
