I purchased some tie bar guides from ya in 2011 with the part number of 39-273 and no longer see them.

I'm afraid that tie bar guide is no longer made. The manufacturer loves to change the style of this part every few years. We try our best to keep up! See the 39-417, this is the newer style currently made. I think this can work for you.
