Viking window balance parts

Hi,
I have two viking window that need new balance, but not sure which part to order, one has the stamp 2030, and other has 2040, can you tell me which part number is the best replacement for this two balance. Thanks

Hello May,

It looks like our S395-21 should work for you. You'll need the 2030 option as well based on the stamp on your balance, which correlates with your sash weight. Let us know if you have any other questions of concerns. Thank you!
