HI I have two windows that i can no longer open reasearching the issue is the balancers, both windows are Milgard.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the stamp code only indicates the strength of the spring, not the correct replacements. To get started, we would need to see photos of an intact balance removed from the window. Please make sure to include both ends, the pulley clip, and the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the channel. Thank you!
