Hi Joe,

Thanks for writing in! The nylon piece, inside the window track, is the coil spring support/cover. It is used along with a few different balance shoes. That said, to determine its replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the existing shoe, preferably removed from the window.

The tilt latches appear to be a match for the 26-243A and 26-244A. To determine if these are the correct replacement match, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
