Looks like you're showing a few different parts here. I can make out a hinge, sash limiter, and lock.

Starting with the hinge, we sell several sizes that may replace this. Your post didn't list dimensions so I don't know what to recommend, but start with our 36-048. This has a 10" long base track, which is the most pertinent dimension. Note that both sides need to be replaced at the same time. You can't mix and match old and new hinges.

For the lock, this is unfortunately not a design I'm familiar with. Can you kindly confirm the name that's printed on it? The photo is a little too blurry to make out.
