01802 Truth Entry Guard Casement operator

Hi, I'm trying to figure out which type of casement window window opener i have in order to replace it. I know it is a Truth Hardware item, it opens Left and the so line on the handle and shaft are stripped. I have attached some photos for you. Please note that the photo of the window in the open position is for the Right opening window. Thanks for your help!
