We very likely do offer this balance, but first, can you show us both ends? As well, can you type out the code printed on the back of the balance? I want to make sure I'm reading it right.

The writing on the balance says (03/10) UNIQUE 38 TG

Thank you! We should be able to replace this balance, though it will have to be custom made. Thanks to your pictures, we have about everything we need to get started. I just need to know how many you need, and I'll email you a custom balance order link.
