Hello, the balances I need measures 22" long, width 9/16". Bottom of both balances are damaged so it's hard to match up with your drawings.

This might be an S380-22 Channel Balance, which has a bottom nylon shoe with 1" depth, but you really should remove an undamaged balance from an identical or similar window in the house to compare and confirm. If so, choose a stamp option of 2140.
