Can you get a pair of these.
There is a white plastic cover as well that we would need.

Looks like you have a channel balance for a tilt window, I'm just not sure what it is. It looks like your first photo is of the top of the balance and your second photo is of the bottom end of the balance. Is that accurate? If so, please show me a picture of whatever clip, hook, or shoe is at the end of that cord. Whatever was there may have broken off, so your best bet is to get an undamaged version of this balance and show me that. Whatever that clip, hook, or shoe is will be vital to determining a good replacement.

Yes that is accurate. I attach picture of broken clip. The loose part seems to have broken off the part that has all the cords running thru it. The other clip on the end of the cord was loose so not sure if attached to spring or pin at end of balance.

Thanks! This is a huge help. I recommend our S770-27 channel balance. This has the same terminal clip at the end of the cord as yours. I think the 27D stamp option can work for you, which carries 22 through 26 pounds. As long as your sash falls in that range then it'll be perfect.
