Thanks for writing in. I am confident we can replace this balance for you, but I need to see whatever attachment is at the end of the cord. Can you also confirm the exact weight of the window sash? That may prove necessary, depending on what kind of balance this is. Many thanks.

Thank you. I have added another pic of both ends of the cord. The window is approximately 30 pounds. 50" wide by 24 1/2" tall double pane sash. Appreciate the help.

Thanks for writing in. See our S770-22. Look over the specifications to see if matches what you need. Could you confirm the exact weight of your window sash? The stamp options you can select for our S770-22 are listed below, but if your window sash is indeed greater than 27 lbs, we may have to make a custom balance for you. Let us know.


Stamp Option Sash Weight Range

B 10 to 16 lbs

C 16 to 21 lbs

D 21 to 24 lbs

E 24 to 27 lbs
