1-1/16" wide Pivot Shoe ID

Pivot lock worn. Balance comes loose when closing window. Pivot measures 3/8 thick, 1 1/16 wide. Just rcvd new balances.
Will have to cut sash, no notch. Need 4 pivots

We don't have a pivot shoe with those dimensions. Can you confirm the width? I'm hoping it's actually 1" wide, which is a little more common. If it is, then our 15-045 would be my recommendation. It has the same thickness and, in terms of appearance, looks very similar to your design.
