Thanks for reaching out! Your coil balance assembly appears to be an older discontinued shoe that is no longer available. That said, the 15-192 Certainteed Pivot Shoe should work well as a suitable replacement but you may need to shave down the aligners from the shoe to install it into the window. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to determine if this will be a fit for your repairs.
If you are looking to replace the coils springs, the 15-192 is compatible with the Series 170 Coil Balance as well as the Series 171 Coil Balance. The Series 171 is only used to be stacked on top of the Series 170 in instances where there is more than one coil used for the assembly. These are secured to the shoe using the 33-072 Philips screw.
To determine the correct replacement for your coils, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal that will indicate the spring strength you need. If there aren't any stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
The compatible covers are the the 15-156 wide lance spring cover or the 15-185 narrow lance spring cover, both of which are used with the 15-157 CertainTeed Balance Drum.
Keep in mind, there is a chance your existing pivot bar may not be compatible with this pivot shoe. To determine the best possible replacement for yours, I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the bottom of the sash.
