Thanks for reaching out to us. Start by taking a look at the 39-505, 39-507, and 39-533 casement operator tracks. As for the hinge, see the 36-048. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Note that you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
