If you unscrew the insert inside with the ball and spring, what?s the diameter over the threads and what pitch is the insert? And also what?s the diameter of the ball?

Hey, Pete. I'm afraid that we don't have the dimensions you've requested. We're also in the middle of moving our inventory between warehouses so I don't have access to one to take apart. That said, we've never been asked this before. Judging by how the 10-057 is installed, I can't see how these measurements will come into play. The dimensions we show on the 10-057 store page are the most relevant. Can you go into more detail? Why specifically did you need to know these measurements?
