10-058 Shower door roller and bumper kit won't allow door to close

Question

We ordered some replacement parts # 10-058 for our neoangle shower door-one of the bracket works great but the other one does not allow the door sit level so the door does not close properly, wheel closer to holes in glass 3/4 to far away, can you suggest any other part?

Thanks for writing in. Sorry to hear the 10-058 didn't work out for you. I am afraid I don't believe we have anything closer to your old part. Is your original bracket undamaged besides its wheels? One thought is that you could replace its wheels with the ones that come with the 10-058. Let us know what you think.
