10-139 did not fit my door

Question

Dear Swisco,

We received the product. However, it does not fit to our sliding shower door. We have attached two pictures of the one we have on sliding door. If you have similar to either one of these, we would like have it replaced. Otherwise, we would like to return the one you have sent.

Hey, Ajit. Sorry to hear the 10-139 didn't work. You can return it to us for a refund whenever you wish. As for the guides you have now, I'm not sure if we can help. They look very old, and older shower door hardware is especially hard to find. We will do our best, though. Could you give me the dimensions of the two guides you show?
