Need 2 of these for a vinyl window with no name on it. String broke on one side. The only letters on the metal are 10 2 HU CMC 2, both ends have Wings on the plastic ends. Ted

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-11 or S385-11, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

My sash is 6.5 LB will the 1010 option work or do I need the 1020 ? It is a small 20"x 13" sash

If your sash is over 6 pounds, then I'd go with the 1020 option. This carries 6 through 9 pounds, which fits your sash weight perfectly. The 1010 option would fall under your stated weight.
