How does 10-216 keep the door in?

I have a customer who has these clips on the bottom of her doors however there is no guide that I can see to hold the doors in,from swinging freely out, on the bottom. What part am I missing? What kind of bottom guide should I use? Vic

I believe that the 10-216 guide just rides in the bottom track of the door. Could you show me a picture of where you're having issues? That may help us come up with a solution.
