A quick learner from Oklahoma says:
1- what is the best way to remove the door frame assembly screws
2- what to do if the screw head breaks off
3- how to unsnap the 10-216 guide from the track
thanks

Hey, hopefully I can help. First, the 10-216 should just slide into the screw rail at the bottom of the door, once the screw is removed. The screw sounds like the real problem here, though. Sometimes, they rust in the frame and you need a type of liquid wrench or WD-40 to loosen them up. In the case of a broken screw head, try using a set of pliers or vise grip pliers to grab the end of the broken screw. Also see if you can remove the complete bottom rail. With the rail removed, you might be able to access the screw and try and wedge it out of the screw way in the door rail. If all else fails, you can go to a glass shop to see if they can repair the door.
