Measure 10 Inches from top to bottom, markings are 08 1. I own a motel and will always need these as they go bad faster than I ever expected. Our weather is so diverse and dusty it really tears these windows apart.

First, can you confirm that there is a small wheel inside the plastic piece? I also need some more photos to proceed. Can you send some pictures showing both ends of each balance, as well as a photo of each clip that is attached to the end of the string inside the balance. If you send that, I can try to find this balance for you.
