10" operator for this old casement window

I've read other posts that when the worm gear comes out you can't replace it. That's what happened. so I would have to install a new operator. Is there one available that would work on this old window? The arm that extends out is approximately 10" long.
Let me know if a better photo is needed.

Take a look and compare the specifications shown on the 39-216 and 39-217 product pages to yours, which are compatible with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Thanks for posting!
