We have a few windows that need window balances replaced. Attached are photos of the balance we currently have. Do you sell a product to replace the balances we currently have? Please find the attached photo of a working balance with out the window sash installed.

Hello,

It's tough to be sure with your coil assembly still installed but take a look at the 15-252 dual support, which holds two Series 160 coils. Take a look and review the specifications shown on our product pages, along with the related items, to confirm if these parts would work for your repair. Thanks for posting!

I will verify the parts you suggested with what I have in place. The part I have in place have 11 stamped on them. Do I purchase two 10 lbs coil springs or two 5.5 lbs springs for each side?

Two of the S160-5 coils would support a total of 11 pounds on each side since they support 5-1/2 pounds each.
