11" Channel balance ID

The balance is 11 in long when excluding the two plastic ends. Each plastic ends have "wings".I've seen the top end on your website but don't an identical bottom piece. The # stamped on the metal channel says 1020 and it's 1/2 inch.Pictures are attached. Thanks for any help you can provide. John

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement channel balance for you, I just need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. I think it may be 1", which means our 15-005 could work to replace it, but I can't sure. Please compare it to the 15-005 and let me know.

I've measured the depth of the bottom shoe and it looks to be 7/8 inch. Thanks for your fast response. John T.

Thank you. I believe this may be our Series 380 channel balance, but we don't have any option in that Series for an 11" channel. This balance will have to be custom made.

With that said, I'll go ahead and email you a custom order link that you can use to place an order on our website.
