11" balances

Question

I need two balances for a non-tilt window. The balance looks like the 351 series but doesn't come in 11". The top shoe looks like a 19-002 and the bottom is a 15-002, It has 1020 stamped on the shaft. Can this be custom ordered and what is the cost? I have attached three pictures

Sure, we can custom make this balance for you. Just make sure that you have the 15-002 shoe and not the 15-001 shoe. Compare their dimensions to see which is closer.
