11 inch casement operator.

Question

After speaking to customer service representative this morning, I am sending a picture of my window crank. It is very much like your part 39-028 however the measurement from the middle of the "gear box" to the end of the arm is 11 inches. Everything else seems to be identical. The part# on my hardware is 40056.
Please advise.

Thanks for posting! I'm afraid an operator in this size is no longer made. However, I think you may be okay using our 9-1/2" version, 39-028. In a worst-case scenario, you would have to move the track on the sash a little to accommodate, but the window should still open in the same way. How's that sound?
