I have 24 windows like this: Rusted and many layers of paint. Some are operational, many are not.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-001 and 39-002 operators. They look similar to what you show here. I'm not sure of the lock without seeing the hook but the 38-001 comes to mind. We recommend you review the specifications for these parts and compare them with yours to confirm they match up.
