Question

Hello, We need to replace the balances in two Andersen double hung windows. We installed the windows in 1989 and were able to remove the sashes and then the balances. The two photos attached show the numbers on the balances. And here they are too: 11600A-3, 11600-17, 623, H31 8 89
Do you have replacement parts for these? Please let me know if you need any other information.Thank you,

Hi Carol,

Thanks for reaching out! Your Andersen sash balance can be replaced with the 24-637. These can be used for balances marked with a 623, 627, 631, or 637.

These can be used for both left and right handed applications.
