12-1/8" long Pella hinge

Hello Swisco,

I am looking for a very similar Pella casement hinge as the 39-352, except the long pivot arm needs to measure 12 1/8 inches end to end. The sash it operates on is 34 inches wide.Is this available? Thank you! BTW, Great web site !! :)
