only marking is 30-3-j  length is 31 inches  supports very large aluminum windows all attaching hardware is broken off

Thanks for choosing SWISCO.com. Can you please send us photos of your balance including photos of both ends. This is the only way we can determine which series balance you need. That stamp indicates a 31" length with s 3030 weight option.
