12-40 replacement balance spring

Question

Hello,
My window balance spring is in pretty bad shape. I sent pictures of the top one that looks better.
Can you help me identify the right parts? I think the bottom shoe is the special one you mention in your guide since it has a pulley?
I'm looking for a set of top and bottom ones with the shoes

Thanks for writing in! The window balance you are searching for is a custom, Extended-Travel Channel Balance. We can supply the replacements for them, but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.

Also, considering the top attachment is damaged, it may be a good idea to check that the top sash guides aren't damaged. These are the nylon pieces at the top left and right corners of the sash (window).
