12" Block & Tackle Balance

Can you please identify this block and tackle balance for me and give me a part number of one that will work? The only identification on it is 1140. I think it is a BSI. The metal length is 12".

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our S380-12 or S385-12 look like good matches. You'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 1140 stamp option for your replacements.
