Can you identify the attached window channel balance hardware for me? It is

Based on your pictures, I would recommend our Series 390 channel balance. Just make sure that the bottom shoe matches. Yours is broken, so I can't tell for sure.

As you can set from another balance, the bottom shoe is not broken. Can you confirm the 390. I am assuming both bottom and top shoes need to match.

Yes, the top and bottom shoes should be the same. Are you sure that yours isn't broken, though? I've never seen a bottom shoe like that. It looks just like the 15-002 that comes with the Series 390 except with the "hump" having broken off. I can even see the inconsistency in the plastic where it has broken.
